Carie was amazing to work with! For someone who hadn’t been to Disney in 15 years, I needed all of the help I could get! Our oldest son turned 3 while we were there and it was truly a magical week. Carie booked all of our reservations, including stroller delivery, and we had the best time living in the moment. Looking forward to another trip in a few years!
Carie was such a huge help in assisting with our trip to Disney. She has answered all our questions quickly and was available during the trip to help with scheduling our rides and lightening lanes. I highly recommend her and have appreciated everything she has done including getting our stroller and scooters.
My family just returned from a fantastic trip booked with and planned by Carie. From day 1 of the planning process, Carie was great to work with. I couldn't decide on dates, so she worked with me on not only figuring out what worked best with timing, price, flights, and schedules.
I had not been to Universal Studios as an adult, so I basically let Carie do it all - and I am so glad I did! I had some ideas on the Disney end of the trip - so she was able to take all of my crazy ideas and make it work as smoothly as possible, while giving so many suggestions on rides, food, and the extra experiences to add on.
When my Disney Experience account wasn't working correctly, before I even could consider calling them myself, Carie was already on the phone fixing it for me - this alone saved me so much time!
While we were traveling, I heard from Carie at least once a day, just to make sure everything was going well and to see if there was anything she could do. If I texted her with questions or anything came up, I typically had a response within a couple of minutes, at most.

Absolutely recommend Carie 100%. She made the planning process as well as important dates and timelines for bookings seems so effortless and seamless. She stayed in constant contact and went above and beyond in service for our WDW trip! She checked in on us everyday while we were there, and while she was on vaca herself! Making sure we were ok and if we needed help with anything. She answered any and all questions and reassured as on various things! She very well knowledged and detail oriented about Disney! I used Travel With Carie to help me book and plan a surprise trip for my wife to Sandals Grenada. She kept me informed and answered all my questions. Got me a room right in the middle of the block I requested. Not long after I booked I changed my mind about the resort, she was able to switch me no problems. I made a huge boo boo while making a payment and paid the entire balance, ABOUT A YEAR EARLY…. 😂. She was able to wrangle the payment back for me. We loved it so much that we booked another stay on site and are having it transferred to Carie. Would absolutely recommend.
We just returned home from an amazing Disney trip and couldn't thank Carie enough for all her help. I can’t recommend Travel with Carie enough! Without her help, I wouldn’t have known what to do. She planned everything from booking the room and reservations, to making sure we had lightning lane and scheduling the rides. She absolutely took care of our family and we pretty much didn’t have to lift a finger through this whole process!
Travel with Carie planned our recent trip to universal studios in Orlando, Florida. We had the best time! She took care of everything from the reservations to payments to dining reservations. She even checked in on us while we were there. Exceptional customer service. I would recommend her to anyone planning a trip!

We were referred to Carie from a friend who used her for her travel needs. I am so glad we used her. Great communication and was very knowledgeable in explaining everything about our trip when we had zero clue where to start. With Carie we were able to plan our trip to Universal with minimal stress involved! Highly recommend using her for your travel plans!!
I cannot recommend Carie enough. She truly puts her heart into what she does. I don’t know how she balances so many trips with her level of involvement with each one. I met with her in person the summer before we had planned to go to Disney, and she gave me the same level of attention before knowing if I’d book with her as she did the next 9 months after I had booked with her. She happily sent me numerous quotes — switching days and packages around until we found what worked for us. She booked all of the dining reservations we wanted 60 days out, including the hard to get ones. She was honest about what restaurants were worth it with a toddler and which ones to skip. She even took our family’s interests into consideration and threw in some extra reservations that were well worth it. THE BEST OF ALL, she set our Genie+ up every single day. She booked our ILLs, somehow snagged amazing VQ boarding groups, and our first picks of the day. She continued setting alarms every 2 hours to book our next rides. I also never felt uncomfortable modifying Genie+ rides around if something didn’t work due to nap times or our mood in the moment. And when I tell you she was available every single moment of our vacation — I truly mean every single moment. I could text her at 6:50am and she’d respond, and I could text her at 10pm and she’d respond. I felt like she was on the trip with us 😂 Because of her, we had a phenomenal trip with our 2.5yo at Disney. She is AMAZING and I will definitely use her for our future vacations!!
Carie is a dream come true…a real life Fairy Godmother! I was very reluctant to give up my vacation planning control but with taking ten people to Disney, including 6 kids, and 3 rooms, I was in over my head. Carie was my match made in Heaven. I am honestly still shocked at how smooth and stress free each of our days were. She booked our flights. She booked us a great car service that took us to the hotel from the airport the day we arrived and from the hotel to the airport the day we left. She also rented our stroller for us and set up our pick up day and time when we arrived and drop off day and time for when we left. Each morning I would wake up and our days were set, lightening lanes, Genie +, dining. Then throughout the day she would continue snagging our next ride for us each time we would free up our Genie +. I would have never been able to keep up with our 6 kiddos while looking at wait times, grabbing lightening lanes, etc. Carie was also available all day for food recommendations, ride recommendations, directional questions, honestly anything you could think of, she was there. She understands how much money goes into a vacation and wants it to be worth it. She also understands how fast the years go and wants you to make amazing core memories with your family. Carie truly cares about you and your vacation and making sure it is everything you dreamed of and more. What a blessing it has been getting to know her and working with her! I’m looking forward to planning the next one! 😁

I wanted to make my five-year-old's first Disney trip AMAZING but didn't know where to start. I remembered that Carie was a Disney planner so I reached out -- best decision ever! I told her everything she needed to know about my girl and her passions and she took it from there! Carie planned our trip -- start to finish -- from minor to major details, was ALWAYS responsive and answered every question I had leading up to our trip and while we were there. She handled all of our reservations (and got us into EVERYTHING), our lightning lanes each day/each park (which was beyond helpful), and checked in on us daily to make sure we were having the time of our lives! I do not even know where to begin, from the first meeting I had with Carie over a year ago to start this planning process for our Disney trip has been nothing but smooth sailing. She asked what we wanted and took everything into consideration. She got up early in the morning 60 days before our trip and made ALL of our dining reservations and extra magical reservations for us. Then once we arrived she kept checking in on us and working her pixie magic to get our genie+ and LL setup up for us. I never once had to worry about anything!

My wife Salini Hota and I whole-heartedly recommend Carie to anyone who is looking to plan their next vacation. We were not able to go on a honeymoon immediately following our wedding this past summer, so this winter we were looking to take what we were calling our "mini-moon." Enter Carie, who took our initial idea to take a trip to Universal and Disney for roughly 3-4 days, and was immediately able to produce an itinerary that accommodated all of our biggest wants and wishes. Over the span of those few days, we were able to fit in all of Universal Studios, Magic Kingdom, and Epcot while also enjoying excellent food and drink along the way (based directly upon Carie's suggestions). It was an overall wonderful experience that was perfectly paced - not too rushed that we felt overwhelmed while also empowering us to truly maximize our time. Carie made this the most seamless , stress free Disney vacation I could’ve ever asked for. She stayed up late to buy genie plus for us every night and she was up at the crack of dawn every morning scoring our genie plus lightning lanes and individual lightning lanes. Booked “Weekend with Santa” at the Greenbrier with Travel with Carie. Carie was super patient with me answering all of my questions and booking all the activities we were wanting to partake in. The weekend was more than I could have hoped for. My kids absolutely loved the weekend and had the best time ice skating, seeing Santa, making crafts, eating/playing at dinner in Whoville to name a few. Would recommend over and over again!

When looking to book a vacation use Travel With Carie. She took care of everything We had to change dates. Carie took care of switching hotel dates Disney tickets and the Not so Scary Halloween Party. She always looked for any new savings that would apply to the trip. She made this trip to Disney so easy. She helped putting everything at our fingertips with the app—room key and tickets were all at one place. She showed how to use the app and make the best of everything. Mobile food ordering was the best. Before we left she sent a video of all the rides to make sure we could enjoy the trip to the fullest. We will be suing Carie again. I want to go back to Disney at Christmas Time. Also we are going to plan a Anniversary trip to somewhere tropical. I can’t recommend Carrie enough. She is the best which made this trip the best. We asked for an all inclusive resort in Jamaica and she provided multiple options for us and gave her recommendations. We chose Sandals South Coast which was absolutely what we were looking for in our honeymoon. We will be using her more in the future.

Carie has been my go to for a few years now. She is always on top of things and works extremely hard to get you your dream vacation. She is always available while on your trip should you run into any issues and always works very hard to resolve them. She will always be our go to person for all of our trips.
