I’m so happy we were able to take advantage of the brunch offerings this week at Wine Bar George in Disney Springs! Ever since it’s opening, I had only heard amazing reviews and I am excited to report they were accurate!

This two story, rustic meets modern wine bar is a bright and cozy setting for any type of get together. I loved all the natural light and beautiful decor. With wines by the glass, bottle, and ounce as well as beautifully crafted cuisine this restaurant is an amazing addition to the already wonderful collection of Disney Springs eateries.

The brunch menu features so many great choices that our only dilemma was narrowing down our selections! There were individual portions and also portions intended for sharing, like their outstanding “Big Board” which is a very well balanced charcuterie offering with an amazing selection of meats, cheeses, and condiments. Several of us were able to share this board with ample servings and combinations for everyone.

There were both sweet and savory options, most with a twist and also this particular weekend featured a Father’s Day special as well called the “Dad’s stack”! There was also a children’s brunch menu for the littles! And of course, as you might expect, they have a specialty drink menu for the brunch specifically that features their amazing Disney inspired Dole Whip Mimosa! I highly recommend trying this even if you are not a fan of Dole Whip…..although I don’t know how you couldn’t be! Lol!

We had a larger party that joined for this meal which I feel is a true test of the service level of any establishment. Our service from door to door, especially our server Collin, was impeccable! They definitely take care to space the courses during your meal and he was extremely attentive to both of our tables in attendance. The restaurant took extreme care as well of cleanliness, safety, and social distancing measures without making us feel pressured or rushed. We were able to enjoy a very leisurely time with friends.

As if this amazing dining experience wasn’t enough, as we were leaving we were able to meet with the owner of Wine Bar George…..THE George! What a grand cherry on top of this wonderful Saturday brunch!

If you are looking for a different and exciting meal while visiting Walt Disney World, I cannot say enough about Wine Bar George! This was a most delightful way to spend a Saturday at Disney Springs. Even though the parks are still closed, Wine Bar George was most certainly a taste of HOME.
