If she can deal with my million questions... with grace and understanding she can deal with anyone. I like to do things myself, so it was hard to let go and let a pro plan for me, but I’m here to tell you I’ll never do it myself again. It’s so nice having someone to relay your concerns to and they can ease all your worries with a short text or 2 minute phone call. So professional and helpful, just trust her and she’ll make it happen!
Our trip went off without any issues, everything went as planned and scheduled, but Carie was checking on us every day making sure we had what we needed or if she could do anything for us daily.
When our flight was canceled and we were stranded at MCO for 13 hours Carie worked tirelessly to help us with options on what to do to get us home. She made sure we made it where we needed to and we were in contact with all the right people.

I’ve been to Disney multipleeee times but this was the first time staying on property & I’m thankful I had her. I did need her help at Magic kingdom when we decided to purchase genie+ and my service was lousy and wouldn’t purchase it, she IMMEDIATELY texted back and said yes she would purchase it for me on my account & within about 2 minutes it was purchased and a ride was booked for us! I was panicking in the moment but she came to the rescue! She also purchased our genie at 7am one morning and booked Remys ride for us while we were still getting ready and out the door to the park. Our trip at Disney was amazing thanks to Carie! She was up to date on everything and even worked hard to get us... shuttles since we were on a Disney Friendly resort. I know she hooked us up with some magic that we couldn’t have gotten ourselves. Making my own lightsaber and finally getting to eat at Be Our Guest restaurant was just a few. (I had tried getting into Be Our Guest and always struggled.)
She is kind, informative, and honest. She goes above and beyond to make sure you get what you want out of your trip. She made sure we got on all the virtual lines and helped us out so much on our lighting lane passes and the new Disney Genie Plus service. We even got to ride Ratatouille when it had opened just a month prior! All these services free to us which is insane!!

We are still recovering from our fully loaded 6 day no break trip with Caries help, and it was amazing! Before... acquiring Carie as our planner I had played around with booking online to get an idea of costs and she saved us almost $300 right off the bat. She went through the options of resorts with the pros and cons of our families needs, and helped finalize our decisions on travel dates.
Carie was great at helping me navigate the website and how the park process was set up currently (due to Covid). I am a type A planner when it comes to anything so I loved that I got all Caries knowledge and help, but was able to play around with the planning and website experience too.
Carie was able to secure our family deals from Disney that we didn’t even know about that saved us a lot and allowed us to visit all the parks including Blizzard Beach which we loved.
Once we arrived at Disney Carie checked in on us several times through our stay to see how we were and if we needed anything. I highly recommend using Carie to help plan your next trip, even if it’s not Disney, she helps you not only financially but takes the stress away from planning. Thank you for all your work I know we will be using you for travel services again!
Our trip!
*Stayed at Pop Century in a preferred room. We were building 4 and right between the pool and skyline. (Definite + on location)
*Day 1 we arrived and checked in (our room was ready early), went swimming at the resort and took the skyliner to Epcot
*Day 2 we spent the whole day at Blizzard Beach water park (highly recommend and a must on our future trips) and had dinner at TRex in Disney Springs
*Day 3 we went to Magic Kingdom saw all the princess calvacades, rode almost every ride and ate at Pinocchio’s
Day 4 we spent at Animal Kingdom till park close, we rode all the attractions and saw all the boat calvacades while eating lunch at Flame Tree, then went swimming back at the resort all evening
Day 5 was Hollywood Studios (Toy Story Land is amazing!) we rode everything we wanted and had dinner at Sci-Fi
Day 6 we checked out 😭 and headed over to Magic Kingdom for some souvenirs, had lunch at Pecos Bills, finally saw the Mickey calvacade before heading back to Blizzard Beach till close and starting our drive home.
Could we have “figured out” everything we did on our trip, yes, but with everything we did and as busy as we were I am so thankful for Caries help. She made the actually planning fun cause she eliminated the stressful parts. We knew we wanted to pack in as much as possible and she delivered. We planned a... birthday trip for our daughter, and it was hers and my first Disney trip!
She took care of booking, payments, getting our dining and she would have done fast passes for us!
When Covid hit and Disney closed she reassured us that she was with us during this difficult time and would take car of any and all changes that might come up if we still wanted to travel. She never pushed but always gave her personal experience with how Disney had handled the reopening.
We decided to go ahead with our trip because it was such an important thing for me to be able to give my daughter the trip we had planned. We knew it wouldn’t be Normal but chose to go anyway.
I do not regret it at all! We were moved by Disney from Wilderness Lodge and I was so disappointed to where they moved us. Carie worked some amazing magic and was able to get us a room with an amazing view; totally helped ease the sting of staying where we had planned on for over a year.
Absolutely 💯 recommend and even though Disney isn’t perfect right now, we had the absolute best vacation we have ever had.read more

UPDATE— OUR 2nd DISNEY TRIP SPRING BREAK 2022: Absolutely NO regrets once again! Our HUGE extended family of 15... (together, but still seperate bookings by each individual families) booked a 6 day, 5 night trip to Disney with Carie during one of the busiest times for Disney— Spring Break and she blew it out of the water once again! 🤗 She is always available when at Disney and you have any type of questions, you can shoot her a short her a message and will have a reply within a few short minutes! Even though we were such a huge group with many questions for months prior & during, as well as all the changes and adjustments with COVID precautions in place, she helped make our trip an amazing one with a lot less hassle! FIRST TRIP WITH TRAVEL 2019: One word to describe Carie, Amazing!! She was so helpful & sweet from the start. No matter the question, big or small, she was there to answer & make me feel reassured. She helped grant so many wishes & make our first Disney trip magical. There were 7 of us and she helped us meet all of our ultimate “Disney Goals.” Even while at the park, I would text her and she would respond almost instantly about questions for directions or anything. Then, after we got home from our amazing trip, she CONTINUED to work her magic & help my family by calling Tech Support to make sure we got all of our photo pass pictures!
