After a long day at the parks, there is nothing more relaxing than heading to one of Disney’s many lounges on property. Lately, I have found my favorite evening hangout among these lounges at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa. The Enchanted Rose, themed from Disney’s Beauty and the Beast live action film, is a hidden gem full of themed cocktails and outstanding small plates, not to mention stunning décor that transports you straight into the movie.

We first discovered this lounge shortly after it’s opening, but recently have been frequenting this location because of it’s consistent performance with menu, cocktails and service! They have a full bar and several bartenders on staff, but their specialty cocktails are literally amazing! A favorite among my friends is the Espresso martini! As far as service, the staff is nothing short of amazing! They always go above and beyond to get us seated and served and keeping the food and fun going!

At first glance, you wouldn’t think this would be the type of place to get an amazing meal, but you would be so mistaken! These small plates are easily some of my favorite on property! Specialty flatbreads, brisket sliders,  and so much more, but my very favorite thing to enjoy is their carb macaroni and cheese! Served in it’s own personal sized dutch oven , this dish is over the top! Normally I would suggest sharing, but in this case, it’s all MINE!

Whether enjoying the warm breezes of summer evenings on the outdoor porch, sitting inside the cozy Beauty and the Beast library, or sitting outside the lounge and enjoying the Grand Floridian lobby, this is the most relaxing place to enjoy some drinks and small plates with friends and recapping your day of fun and plotting your next Disney adventure. I would also highly recommend this hidden gem for a date night as well! In fact, in my opinion there is no bad time to check out the Enchanted Rose at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa!
