I cannot recommend Carie enough. She truly puts her heart into what she does. I don’t know how she balances so many... trips with her level of involvement with each one. I met with her in person the summer before we had planned to go to Disney, and she gave me the same level of attention before knowing if I’d book with her as she did the next 9 months after I had booked with her. She happily sent me numerous quotes — switching days and packages around until we found what worked for us. She booked all of the dining reservations we wanted 60 days out, including the hard to get ones. She was honest about what restaurants were worth it with a toddler and which ones to skip. She even took our family’s interests into consideration and threw in some extra reservations that were well worth it. THE BEST OF ALL, she set our Genie+ up every single day. She booked our ILLs, somehow snagged amazing VQ boarding groups, and our first picks of the day. She continued setting alarms every 2 hours to book our next rides. I also never felt uncomfortable modifying Genie+ rides around if something didn’t work due to nap times or our mood in the moment. And when I tell you she was available every single moment of our vacation — I truly mean every single moment. I could text her at 6:50am and she’d respond, and I could text her at 10pm and she’d respond. I felt like she was on the trip with us 😂 Because of her, we had a phenomenal trip with our 2.5yo at Disney. She is AMAZING and I will definitely use her for our future vacations!!read more

Carie is a dream come true…a real life Fairy Godmother! I was very reluctant to give up my vacation planning control... but with taking ten people to Disney, including 6 kids, and 3 rooms, I was in over my head. Carie was my match made in Heaven. I am honestly still shocked at how smooth and stress free each of our days were. She booked our flights. She booked us a great car service that took us to the hotel from the airport the day we arrived and from the hotel to the airport the day we left. She also rented our stroller for us and set up our pick up day and time when we arrived and drop off day and time for when we left. Each morning I would wake up and our days were set, lightening lanes, Genie +, dining. Then throughout the day she would continue snagging our next ride for us each time we would free up our Genie +. I would have never been able to keep up with our 6 kiddos while looking at wait times, grabbing lightening lanes, etc. Carie was also available all day for food recommendations, ride recommendations, directional questions, honestly anything you could think of, she was there. She understands how much money goes into a vacation and wants it to be worth it. She also understands how fast the years go and wants you to make amazing core memories with your family. I do not even know where to begin, from the first meeting I had with Carie over a year ago to start this planning... process for our Disney trip has been nothing but smooth sailing. My wife Salini Hota and I whole-heartedly recommend Carie to anyone who is looking to plan their next vacation. We were... not able to go on a honeymoon immediately following our wedding this past summer, so this winter we were looking to take what we were calling our "mini-moon." Enter Carie, who took our initial idea to take a trip to Universal and Disney for roughly 3-4 days, and was immediately able to produce an itinerary that accommodated all of our biggest wants and wishes. When looking to book a vacation use Travel With Carie. She took care of everything We had to change dates. Carie... took care of switching hotel dates Disney tickets and the Not so Scary Halloween Party. She always looked for any new savings that would apply to the trip. We had a large party of 17 guests split into 6 rooms.... carie made sure to check in on us everyday of our trip, and help when any little missteps happened. my disney app didn't work 98% of the time, but she made sure she kept up with us and our genie plus bookings!! She also got us in the VQs we wanted and took care of any dining reservations we wanted! I can not explain how excellent Carie is at her job. We were looking to take a trip for our anniversary this year. We... thought about a cruise until Carie showed us this fantastic resort in Mexico called UNICO 20° 87°. Carie made the arrangements; all we had to do was pack and show up at the airport. From there, we spent six days in paradise. Carie checked in on us several times during our stay to make sure everything was perfect.
